Over the last 5 months I've been testing the vivo X300 Pro with ZEISS Photography kit, a 200mm lens attachment kit that extends the phone's focal length to a considerable reach and opens up so much creative possibility. Now people who know me knows that I'm an Apple user, and iPhone user since iPhone 1 launched, and have been happy with the images coming out of the iPhones. I've also been using Nikon full frame DSLR and Fujifilm mirrorless for my commercial and travel photography so what I'm about to say next, I'm not saying it lightly. Long have photographers dream of a camera that can deliver good image quality in a small package, while packed with intuitive and intelligent features that makes it fun to use, a smart DLSR that combines the optical benefits of a proper high quality lens, and the advanced power of smartphone to post process, and I personally believe the X300 series come close to that dream. It has been a joy to use the X300 pro and be constantly amazed at the quality of images it produces, all while making it feel effortless.

With the recent launch of X300 Ultra, I'm collaborating with vivo Malaysia to do this free workshop on 28th June, from 1-5pm in PJ (exact location to be disclosed to confirmed participants only). Seats are limited to my social group only as its a closed event so if you're keen to attend, see more photos from my trips that were taken with the X300 Pro, have a good time and hands-on experience with X300 series including the telephoto lens extender, and also win prizes in a photo contest on the day, use this form to send me register a spot.

Here are some sample images taken with the X300 Pro, all largely unedited (except the watermark).
